Dolphin lifts directors Tom and Nick Wakefield were delighted to welcome two baby boys into their families in September. Tom and his wife Louisa welcomed Walter Matthew into the world at Bristol’s St Michaels Hospital on September 11, then just three days later on September 14 Nick’s wife Stacy, who is Dolphin’s finance manager, gave birth to George Henry at Southmead Hospital in Bristol. The boys are Tom and Nick’s second children, having already had daughters in 2015 and 2014 respectively.

Nick said the family were a little tired but otherwise very happy indeed with their new addition. “He’s a smashing little lad and Stace and I couldn’t be happier,” said Nick. “Our eldest daughter Eva is really smitten with him and loves helping us look after him.”

Tom, whose eldest daughter Phoebe was born in September 2015, said Walter was no trouble at all. “He’s good as gold and we love him to bits,” added Tom. “Lou did amazing and we’re over the moon to welcome him into our family.”
