Dolphin delighted to win 5 year maintenance contract

Clevedon based Dolphin Lifts Western has recently won a five year contract to maintain lift equipment for Curo, one of the largest housing associations in the South West of England.

The agreement will commence in April 2016 and under the terms of the contract Dolphin Lifts Western will be responsible for servicing and maintaining several hundred pieces of specialist mobility equipment including stairlifts, homelifts and hoists across the BA and BS postcodes of Bristol and North Somerset.

Curo is a housing and support organisation based in Bath and provides award-winning affordable homes and care and support services across the West of England while managing nearly 13,000 homes and building hundreds of new homes every year. “Here at Curo we have been working with Dolphin for several years now. They have recently been successful in securing a new contract through winning the re-tender for our stairlift servicing and maintenance requirement. Curo has been able to easily build and maintain good working relationships with the team at Dolphin who are always flexible enough to accommodate urgent requirements and changes” commented Matt Steele, Curo’s senior procurement manager.

Dolphin Lifts Western co-director Nick Wakefield, who manages the Curo contract on behalf of the company, said: “We are very excited to be working with Curo for a further five years.
